Winter on Ice

“What good is the warmth of summer without the cold of winter to give it sweetness.” – John Steinback

Winter Solstice is a month from tomorrow! With this time of the year, comes colder weather! Many people enjoy this season and look for winter festivities to take part in.

One of the most popular activities of the season, is to go ice skating!

Ice skating is actually one of my favorite wintertime traditions! See below for some pictures that I took from my freshman year in college (Winter 2009) when I went ice skating at Galleria Dallas!  🙂

Now, just because we don’t always get winter weather across the great state of Texas, doesn’t mean that we don’t like a little wintertime adventure!
